About Cyfuture
Cyfuture India Pvt. Ltd. is a leading provider of Cloud, Data Center, AI, Managed Hosting, Cyber Security, and Enterprise IT Solutions. With state-of-the-art Tier III and Tier IV Data Centers, advanced Cloud Infrastructure, GPU Cloud capabilities, and strategic partnerships with leading technology providers including AWS, Microsoft Azure, VMware, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Palo Alto, and other global OEMs, Cyfuture enables organizations to accelerate their digital transformation journey through scalable and secure technology solutions.
Role Overview
Cyfuture is looking for a highly driven, consultative and result-oriented sales professional to grow enterprise business across Cloud, Data Centre, AI/GPU Infrastructure, Managed Services and Enterprise IT solutions. The role will focus on acquiring new enterprise customers, expanding strategic accounts, building ecosystem relationships and converting complex customer requirements into commercially viable technology solutions. The successful candidate should be able to engage CIOs, CTOs, Chief AI/Data Officers, IT heads, procurement teams and other senior decision-makers, working closely with Pre-Sales, Solution Architects, Technical, Delivery and Partner teams throughout the sales cycle.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Drive new business development, enterprise hunting, account growth and revenue achievement across cloud, data centre, AI/GPU infrastructure and managed services.
- Identify, qualify and develop opportunities across enterprises, government organisations, PSUs, startups, AI/ML companies, research institutions, BFSI, healthcare, manufacturing, GCCs, SaaS companies and other relevant sectors.
- Build and execute strategic go-to-market plans, account maps, territory plans and pipeline development strategies.
- Understand customer workloads and business objectives and recommend appropriate solutions rather than selling infrastructure capacity alone.
- Develop opportunities across public, private and hybrid cloud; virtual machines; GPU cloud and GPU-as-a-Service; compute, storage, networking, databases, colocation, server and managed hosting, backup, disaster recovery, managed security and enterprise infrastructure.
- Develop working-level understanding of AI infrastructure and GPU workloads, including AI training, inference, fine-tuning, generative AI, HPC, GPU clusters and AI infrastructure economics.
- Engage CXO-level stakeholders to understand workload requirements, utilisation expectations, dedicated versus burst capacity, data location, networking and storage needs, and the customer's longer-term AI roadmap.
- Build and maintain relationships with enterprise customers, technology partners, OEMs, channel partners, system integrators and the broader AI/cloud ecosystem.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, including prospecting, lead generation, opportunity qualification, presentations, solution positioning, commercial proposals, RFP/RFI/tender responses, negotiations, contracting and closure.
- Work with Pre-Sales and Solution Architects to develop technically appropriate proposals, demonstrations, solution designs and commercial models.
- Manage complex, high-value sales cycles and maintain accurate forecasts, CRM records, opportunity pipelines and account plans.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across cloud, data centre, managed services, cybersecurity, AI platforms and enterprise AI solutions.
- Support partner-led and tender-led opportunities, including government and public-sector business where relevant.
- Monitor market developments, customer needs, competitor activity and emerging AI/cloud infrastructure opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing or a related discipline; an MBA is an added advantage.
- 5+ years of enterprise technology sales experience, ideally including 2–4 years in cloud, data centre, infrastructure or managed services sales.
- Demonstrated success in enterprise business development, new-logo acquisition, strategic account management and revenue generation.
- Experience selling cloud services, data centre services, colocation, managed hosting, IT infrastructure, system integration or technology consulting solutions.
- Exposure to AI/ML, GPU infrastructure, GPU-as-a-Service, HPC, accelerated computing or AI cloud is highly preferred. Direct GPU sales experience is valuable but should not be the sole screening criterion.
- Ability to discuss enterprise technology requirements credibly with CIOs, CTOs, IT leaders and AI/data leadership, and translate those requirements into business outcomes.
- Experience managing large and complex deals, solution-based selling, commercial negotiations and RFP/RFI/tender-led opportunities.
- Strong customer relationship management, account mapping, prospecting, pipeline management, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with solution architects, pre-sales, technical, delivery and partner teams.
- Existing relationships with enterprise customers, government organisations, channel partners, system integrators or OEMs will be an advantage.
Relevant Technology and Solution Knowledge
- Cloud: Public Cloud, Private Cloud, Hybrid Cloud, AWS, Microsoft Azure and cloud platforms.
- Data Centre and Infrastructure: Colocation, compute, storage, networking, virtualisation, VMware, server hosting and enterprise infrastructure.
- Managed Services: Managed hosting, backup, disaster recovery, database services, managed security and ongoing infrastructure management.
- AI/GPU Infrastructure: GPU compute, GPU clusters, GPU-as-a-Service, AI training, inference, fine-tuning, GenAI, HPC and AI infrastructure solutions.
- Commercial and Ecosystem: Enterprise procurement, OEM and channel partnerships, solution selling, capacity planning, commercial proposals and large-deal negotiations.
Success Measures
- Achievement of assigned revenue and business development targets.
- Growth in qualified enterprise pipeline, new customer acquisition and strategic account expansion.
- Conversion of complex cloud, data centre and AI/GPU infrastructure opportunities.
- Development of customer, OEM, channel and ecosystem relationships.
- Effective coordination across pre-sales, technical, delivery and partner teams to support customer satisfaction and successful solution delivery.
