IT Change Management Analyst

IT Change Management Analyst | 4-6 Years | Mumbai

Key Skills: IT Change Management, ITIL v4 Foundation, ServiceNow, CAB Management, Incident Management, Audit Compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Review, assess, and process IT changes within the change management framework.
• Prepare and coordinate Change Advisory Board (CAB) packs and meetings.
• Maintain audit evidence and support internal/external audits.
• Review non-CAB changes and ensure policy compliance.
• Manage Change Management mailbox and documentation.
• Record CAB meeting minutes and track action items.
• Participate in major incident calls and support root cause assessments.

Must Have:

• 4-6 years of experience in IT Change Management
• ITIL v4 Foundation Certification
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have:

• ServiceNow experience
• Audit and compliance exposure
