IT Business Partner For Sourcing, Procurement and Supply Chain

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to optimize procurement processes, reduce costs, and improve supply chain efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for digital transformation in procurement operations, leveraging automation tools and technologies.
• Design and execute category management plans to drive cost savings, quality improvements, and process enhancements across multiple categories.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and supplier performance data to inform strategic decisions on contract negotiations, renewals, or terminations.

Job Requirements :

• 4-10 years of experience in procurement or a related field with expertise in strategic sourcing.
• Strong understanding of automation technologies such as Ariba or Coupa; ability to leverage these platforms for efficient spend management.
• Proven track record of developing effective sourcing strategies that deliver significant cost savings without compromising quality or service levels.
