About PKF Consulting Services LLP
PKF Consulting Services LLP is a client-facing consulting practice delivering ERP transformation, process documentation, and technical architecture advisory across industries. We work closely with clients to assess readiness, design future-state processes, and support technology-led business transformation.
Role Purpose
The IT Analyst will support client engagements in Application Testing, transformation and process documentation, working closely with functional and technical teams to gather requirements, document current and future-state processes, and assist in solution configuration and testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business and functional requirements from client stakeholders
- Prepare as-is and to-be process flows, SOPs, and business requirement documents (BRDs)
- Support ERP module configuration, testing, and data validation activities
- Assist in gap analysis between current processes and ERP best practices
- Coordinate with client teams and internal consultants for issue resolution and UAT
- Prepare status reports, meeting notes, and process documentation for client delivery
- Support training material preparation and end-user training sessions
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in IT/business analysis, preferably in an ERP or application or consulting environment
- Working exposure to at least one ERP system (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar)
- Strong skills in requirement gathering, process mapping, and documentation
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Visio/process-mapping tools, and PowerPoint
- Good communication skills and ability to work directly with client stakeholders
- Willingness to travel to client locations as required
Good to Have
- Exposure to SQL/basic data analysis
- Prior experience in a consulting or client-facing delivery role
- Relevant certifications in ERP modules or business analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Commerce, IT, or related field
- MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus
