Max CTC - 25 L pa Key Responsibiliti es Partner with business stakeholders to understand, analyse, and document requirements for lending platforms and related systems. Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents, Functional Requirement Documents, user stories, process flows, wireframes, and system diagrams. Work closely with technology teams to translate business needs into practical system solutions aligned with organizational goals. Conduct gap analysis across existing lending processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, compliance, and user experience. Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to gather, validate, and prioritise requirements. Support solution design, system configuration, testing, and implementation activities. Lead User Acceptance Testing, coordinate defect resolution, and conduct post-implementation reviews. Stay informed on lending industry trends, regulatory changes, and evolving digital lending practices.

Required Skills and Competencies Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Good understanding of lending products, loan origination systems, and regulatory compliance requirements. Hands-on experience with LOS platforms such as FinnOne, Salesforce, Pennant, or similar applications. Working knowledge of RESTful APIs, SOAP APIs, and SQL. Proficiency in JIRA, MS Office, and data visualization or reporting tools. Ability to engage confidently with business and technology stakeholders. Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
