Role & responsibilities
- .Net & Java Application Support & Deployment
- Smooth running of the Applications in Production Environment
- Communicating to the Back office Users internally and Branch and Franchise
- Support SLA
- Timely response to the customers & Management
- Provide functional and/or technical support for resolution of customer problems, incidents, issues, requests and queries.
- Liaise with other support teams, or product teams as required to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner.
- Change & Incident & Problem Management related to their application domain
- Coordinate with Development team for L3 issue
Preferred candidate profile
- Candidate with BSC IT / MCA/ MSC IT/ BE IT qualification are preferred
- Minimum 2 Years Experience in Application Support
- Should have hands on Exp in .NET and Java or Troubleshooting
