Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware networking, including CCTV installation and maintenance.
  
• Offer assistance with software troubleshooting, application software support, and system support.
  
• Ensure seamless network operations by performing regular checks on LAN/WAN connectivity and resolving issues promptly.
  
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex IT-related problems through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all incidents, tickets, and resolutions for future reference.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-7 years of experience in IT Assistance or related field.
  
• Diploma/B.Sc degree in Information Technology (IT) or equivalent qualification.
  
• Strong knowledge of hardware networking fundamentals, including CCTV installation and configuration.
  
• Proficiency in application software support, server support, network troubleshooting, and hardware support.
