Job Description

• Maintain and manage IT asset inventory across all HRPL retail stores and Head Office (HO) locations.
• Track IT assets, including POS systems, desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and networking devices.
• Monitor asset allocation, movement, and lifecycle from procurement and deployment to repair, replacement, and disposal.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for IT asset procurement, replacements, and warranty management.
• Maintain accurate asset records, documentation, and reports in the asset management system.
• Conduct periodic asset audits and verify IT assets at retail stores and HO locations.
• Provide IT asset support for new store openings, store upgrades, and device rollout projects.
• Monitor software license compliance and maintain updated license records.

Education & Experience

• Graduate or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Hardware, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in IT asset management, inventory management, or retail IT operations will be an advantage.
• Experience handling IT assets across multiple retail stores and Head Office locations is preferred.

Desired Skills

• Basic understanding of POS systems, desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and networking devices.
• Knowledge of IT asset tracking, inventory management, and asset lifecycle processes.
• Ability to maintain accurate asset documentation, reports, and inventory records.
• Knowledge of hardware procurement, warranty tracking, repair, and replacement processes.
• Understanding of software license tracking and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication and coordination skills to work with vendors, store teams, and internal IT stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple locations.
• Willingness to coordinate with retail stores for asset audits, verification, and IT deployment activities.
