It Asset Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage IT assets throughout their lifecycle, from procurement to disposal.
  
• Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of hardware and software assets using specialized tools.
  
• Collaborate with vendors to coordinate asset delivery, installation, maintenance, and repair.
  
• Develop processes for managing vendor contracts and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  
• Provide technical support for asset management operations.

• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of IT assets in asset management systems.
• Conduct periodic asset audits and store asset verification.

• Support retail projects such as store openings, upgrades, and device rollouts.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in IT Asset Management or related field.
  
• Strong understanding of Life Cycle Management (LCM) principles and practices.
  
• Proficiency in Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), Vendor Coordination.
