IT Asset Executive_Immediate Joiner_Navi Mumbai

Role & responsibilities

• Manage IT hardware lifecycle activities onboarding, allocation, replacement, repair & offboarding.
• Handle asset dispatch, movement, delivery, and handover to users/sites.
• Manage new joiner laptop/desktop allocation and employee exit asset surrender.
• Maintain accurate asset inventory, tagging, mapping, and stock records.
• Handle SR/Incident requests through ITSM tools and ensure timely closure.
• Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports related to asset inventory, dispatch, onboarding & offboarding.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for asset movement, repair, replacement, and procurement.
