Role & responsibilities

Job Title: IT Asset Executive
Location: Noida Sector 142
Experience: 24 Years
CTC: Up to 29,000/month
Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage IT assets including laptops, desktops, monitors, printers and peripherals.
• Maintain and update IT asset inventory/CMDB records.
• Handle asset allocation, issuance, return, transfer and replacement.
• Maintain asset handover and acknowledgement records.
• Track warranty, AMC, repair and replacement status.
• Conduct regular asset verification and reconciliation.
• Prepare asset inventory and ageing reports.
• Coordinate with employees, IT teams and vendors for asset-related requirements.
• Support new joiner, transfer and exit asset activities.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in asset records.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of IT Hardware and Asset Management.
• Hands-on experience with IT asset inventory and reconciliation.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Experience with ITSM/ITAM tools such as ServiceNow, ManageEngine, Freshworks, etc. is an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination and documentation skills.

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
