MIS and business reporting: Prepare daily and periodic reports on sales,

targets, dealer performance, collections, orders, stock, dispatch, schemes,

and other agreed business measures. Highlight missing data, unusual

results, and significant performance gaps.

• Power BI and dashboards: Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards

and new reports based on management requirements. Improve report

automation, data refresh, and the clarity of information presented.

• Data accuracy: Consolidate and validate information from different

departments, resolve discrepancies with the relevant teams, and maintain

consistent data definitions and reporting formats.

• Tally coordination: Extract and develop required Tally reports. Coordinate

report changes, integrations, and customisation requests with the Tally

service provider, and test the output before use.

• SalesNrich administration: Manage users, access rights, and basic

system settings. Coordinate customisation, updates, and issue resolution

with the provider. Develop reports on PJP adherence, visits, lead updates,

and field activity for review by the sales leadership.

• IT and utilities support: Maintain records of company hardware, software,

licences, and user access. Coordinate routine support for computers,

printers, internet connectivity, and other office IT utilities, escalating

technical issues to service providers when required.
