IT and Non IT US Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source and attract top talent for US IT and non-IT roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements of the job posting.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a smooth interview process from start to finish.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment cycle, including scheduling interviews, providing feedback, and negotiating offers.

Job Requirements :

• 0-4 years of experience in US recruitment or staffing industry.
• Strong understanding of both IT (technical) and non-IT recruitment processes.
• Ability to source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
