IT and Non IT US Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a portfolio of clients in the US IT market, identifying their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Develop strong relationships with clients through regular communication, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to source top talent for client requirements, utilizing various channels such as social media, job boards, and referrals.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive US recruitment landscape.

Job Requirements :

• 5-15 years' experience in US IT staffing or related field (recruitment/staffing).
• Proven track record in business development, sales hiring, or account management within the US market.
• Strong understanding of non-IT recruitment processes and ability to adapt quickly to new technologies/industries.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on building long-term relationships with clients.
