IT and Non IT HR Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source and screen candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
• Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate fit for open positions.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Manage the entire end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.

Job Requirements :

• 0-1 year of experience in IT/Non-IT HR Recruitment or related field.
• Strong communication skills with excellent verbal and written abilities.
• Proficiency in sourcing profiles, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to work independently.
