IT and Network Engineer

Key Deliverables:

1. Administer and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation across servers and workstations.
2. Provide technical support, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and assist with employee onboarding.
3. Monitor and enforce system security protocols, ensuring protection against cybersecurity threats.
4. Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and software/hardware audits to maintain system integrity.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Manage corporate software licenses, ensuring timely renewals and compliance with licensing terms.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand IT needs and implement solutions.
3. Document all technical procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for internal use.
4. Oversee hardware procurement, inventory management, and system lifecycle.
