IT and ERP Manager

Job Title: IT & ERP Manager
Location: Kolkata
Working Days: 6 days a week (Saturdays being a half-day)
Experience: 5+ Years
Industry: Real Estate / Construction / Infrastructure preferred

Location Requirement: Only Kolkata candidates; no relocation candidates will be considered.

Mandatory Skills:

* Hands-on experience with Highrise ERP, Farvision, or Infor Suite ERP
* IT operations, hardware & software support
* ERP troubleshooting, SLA & vendor management
* Networking, cloud applications, IT assets & cybersecurity
* MIS, dashboards, automation & reporting

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage IT & ERP operations and a team of 3
* Manage ERP workflows, integrations, access controls & data accuracy
* Coordinate with ERP/software vendors for upgrades, customization & support
* Oversee IT infrastructure, hardware, software, networking & business applications
* Drive automation, digital transformation & technology initiatives
