IT Analyst

Requirements:

• Able to work independently with little supervision, direction, and guidance.
• Able to understand the business strategy and value creation proposition and deliver globally integrated IT solutions while satisfying local needs by collaborating and aligning with key stakeholders on priorities.
• Able to anticipate obstacles, adapt to changes, and deliver on commitments.
• Using data-driven insights, able to influence others within the job area through an explanation of facts, policies, and practices.
• Able to simplify and communicate complex processes to end users.
• Able to identify new possibilities by demonstrating curiosity and respect for different perspectives.
• Understands Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Plant Maintenance tools, Training Enforcement systems, Non-Conformance systems, Delmia, and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and is skilled in the ability to navigate, troubleshoot, and solve complex technical challenges and configure as needed.
• Proficient in Siemens Camstar/Opcenter application, Designer, Portal Studio, and CIO/MIO/CNMOM.
• 2+ years of development experience with Designer, Portal Studio, and Mendix.
• Proficient in Java, C#, . NET, SQL, JavaScript, XML, and RESTful web services.
