Job Description:

Muthoot Mercantile Limited is looking for an experienced IT Administrator to manage and maintain the organisation's IT infrastructure, cloud environment, systems, and network operations. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure administration, system troubleshooting, user access management, and IT security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and monitor Microsoft Azure cloud resources.
• Manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), user accounts, roles, and access permissions.
• Manage Windows Server environments and Microsoft 365 services.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity, LAN, WAN, VPN, routers, and switches.
• Ensure system security, data backup, recovery, and business continuity.
• Manage IT assets, software installations, updates, and licensing.
• Resolve hardware, software, network, and cloud-related technical issues.
• Coordinate with branches, regional offices, and external IT vendors.
• Maintain IT documentation, asset registers, and technical reports.
