Responsibilities

Configuring and maintaining IT infrastructure, including operating systems, Firewalls, VPNs, security tools, Backup applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, hardware networked computer systems, and ERP applications.
Ensuring data is stored securely and backed up regularly.
Monitor and manage internal infrastructure requirements, including cloud servers, routers, switches, printers, phones, data storage, video conferencing system, support internet, intranet, LANs, WANs, and network segments.
Solid knowledge of different operating systems
Server set-up and maintenance, data storage and back-up
Security and data integrity
Periodical maintenance and management of Microsoft Azure
Managing and coordinating the development of ERP and networked computing systems.
User management and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 OneDrive SharePoint operations
Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, networking, and system issues when they arise.
Replacing and upgrading defective or outdated components when necessary.
Handle business-critical IT infrastructure Website, LinkedIn, social media and SEO, Odoo Microsoft 365, OneDrive. SharePoint operations.
Monitoring IT infrastructure performance to ensure everything runs smoothly and securely.
Researching and recommending new approaches to improve the networked computer system.
Providing technical support when requested.
Documenting any processes that employees need to follow in order to successfully work within our computing system.

Skills

Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an IT Administrator reporting directly to senior management
Relevant degree: B.E./B.Tech. in Information Systems or information technology.
Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate certification
Past experience administering server-side technology, ERP, and networked computing systems.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 OneDrive SharePoint operations.
Ability to prioritize a wide range of workloads with critical deadlines.
Availability outside of working hours to resolve emergency issues promptly.
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Patient and professional demeanor, with a can-do attitude.
Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties
Exceptional interpersonal skills
