About this role
Role Overview
We are hiring an IT Administrator to support access management and day-to-day internal IT needs for employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee access across internal tools, systems, and applications
- Handle onboarding, offboarding, permission changes, and account provisioning
- Provide internal IT support to employees across hardware, software, email, and collaboration tools
- Troubleshoot access issues, login problems, MFA, device setup, and basic network concerns
- Maintain IT documentation, access logs, and support tickets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure secure and timely access management
- Follow security best practices for user permissions and data protection
Requirements
- Prior experience in IT administration, helpdesk, or internal IT support
- Experience with access management, user provisioning, and employee support
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Jira, VPN, MDM, or similar platforms
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to support employees during the US shift
- Detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
