Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for systems, networks, and hardware issues
Configure and maintain routers, switches, VPNs, and firewalls
Manage user accounts, access rights, and policies via Active Directory
Handle patch management, system updates, and data backups
Ensure IT infrastructure uptime, performance, and data security

Key Skills:
Networking (IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewalls)
Windows/Linux Administration
Active Directory Management
Virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
Hardware & Peripheral Troubleshooting
Excellent communication & problem-solving skills

Preferred: CCNA or equivalent certification
