About this role
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Hardware and Network Engineer to join our in-house IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and administering our companys computer networks and related computing environments, including hardware, systems software, applications software, and configurations. You will ensure the uptime, performance, resources, and security of our IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Network Administration:
- Design, install, configure, and maintain company networks (LAN/WAN).
- Monitor network performance and integrity, troubleshoot issues, and optimize network performance.

- Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly, including servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.

Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Hardware and Network Engineer or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with network diagnostics, network analytics tools, and network management systems (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet).
- Experience with system administration tasks on Windows and Linux systems.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, and other network protocols.
- Familiarity with backup and recovery software and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Industry certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+, MCSE) are a plus.
