Responsibilities

• Manage IT asset inventory, lifecycle tracking, audits, and disposal.
• Manage Windows/macOS devices using MDM tools like JumpCloud.
• Administer endpoint security, antivirus, and DLP solutions.
• Monitor patching, security, compliance, and vulnerability management.
• Manage user accounts and access through Active Directory/JumpCloud.
• Provide L1/L2 desktop and technical support.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, email, and VPN issues.
• Maintain IT documentation and security compliance.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with MDM, JumpCloud, Kaspersky, and Safetica.
• Good knowledge of endpoint security, patching, and access management.
• Experience with ticketing tools like Jira or ManageEngine.
• Basic knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, IP, VPN, and ITIL processes.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Experience with Windows, macOS, and basic Linux.
