Key Roles Responsibilities
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot the organization s IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and computer systems .
- Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot hardware and software , including desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Create and manage user accounts, passwords, permissions, and access controls to ensure secure system access.
- Manage and maintain the organization s internet, intranet, Wi-Fi, and network connectivity .
- Perform regular diagnostic tests, system monitoring, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues and optimize system performance.
- Maintain proper documentation of IT processes, configurations, assets, and technical procedures .

- Develop and implement data retrieval, backup, and disaster recovery procedures .
- Provide timely technical support to end users and resolve hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Design and implement effective end-user feedback and error-reporting systems to improve IT support and system performance.
- Ensure the security, reliability, and smooth functioning of all IT systems and infrastructure.
