IT Administration, Governance and Compliance Specialist

Role & responsibilities:

Facilitate cross-departmental IT collaboration to assure compliance of DKV Belgium & ERGO Insurance with the regulation, MR Group guidelines and relevant standards including audit requirements. Perform administrative support of CIO-driven topics, including organization, moderation and documentation of IT Management meetings

• Prepare the overarching cross-departmental (IT) gap analysis with the requirements imposed by regulation/ Group and internal norms
• Align with the stakeholders on the gap ownership, mitigation measures and timelines for implementation
• Monitor and control the adherence to the planned actions and assure timely delivery of the envisaged measures
• Assure timely escalation process if the planned timelines are at risk
• Prepare reports and present them to the IT Management on a regular basis.
• Perform administrative and coordination support for CIO-driven topics, including the preparation of summaries and presentation materials, as well as the organization, facilitation, moderation, and documentation of IT Management meetings.
• Continuously improve the relevant processes by proposing and implementing automations and leveraging on other efficiency gains.
• Fluent in English
• Good understanding of regulatory, risk and compliance requirements
• Experience with end-to-end coordination
• Good reporting abilities and presentation skills
