Candidate Specification: -

• Candidates must have 4-5 years of experience in IT Administration, including setting up existing and new computers with required software and applications.
• Working knowledge of Azure, SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, and Office 365 installation and troubleshooting.
• Administer hardware, users, and access grants in Active Directory under the authority of the IT and/or Corporate IT Security team.
• Handle network-related issues and manage routers, switches, and other IT infrastructure.
• Handle all local IT troubleshooting and provide timely resolution for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Set up and manage backups for servers, computers, and other IT systems.
• Set up and apply IT security rules, policies, and access controls.
• Ensure IT systems, devices, and user access comply with organizational security and infrastructure standards.
• Coordinate with internal IT and security teams to resolve infrastructure, access, and security-related issues.
• Maintain and support IT infrastructure to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.
