About this role
- A2I & Issuance Management: Drive improvement in Application-to-Issuance (A2I) performance by ensuring timely clearance of underwriting requirements, Proposal Discrepancies, and pending cases to enable faster policy issuance.
- Pendency's & Discrepancy Resolution: Own real-time resolution of sales Pendency, including documentation gaps, underwriting requirements, Tele/PPMC pending cases, counter-offers and QC discrepancies cases by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with Sales, Agency, Underwriting and Operations teams to identify bottlenecks, resolve cases within defined TATs and improve the overall proposal-to-issuance journey.
- Agent Capability Building: Train and guide agents and sales teams on documentation standards, underwriting requirements and common error areas to minimize proposal discrepancies and prevent recurring Pendency.
- Process Improvement & RCA: Analyse recurring discrepancies and pending cases, identify root causes and implement corrective actions to improve first-time-right submissions, reduce sales pendency and enhance operational efficiency.
- Performance & MIS Management: Track key A2I, pendency, discrepancy and issuance metrics, provide regular MIS/insights and support initiatives aimed at improving same-day and 24-hour policy issuance.
