ISR - Inside Sales Professional

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and online networking.
• Manage in-bound leads and convert them into qualified prospects.
• Build strong relationships with clients and understand their IT infrastructure needs.
• Promote and sell IT products & solutions (Laptops, Desktops, Workstations, Printers, Servers, Networking Equipment, etc. from OEMs like Dell, HP, Lenovo, Cisco, etc.).
• Support the field sales team with appointment scheduling, quotations, and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and activities in CRM.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide timely reports and market feedback to management.
