ISO Coordinator - ISO 9001

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented ISO Certification Executive for our fireproofing company. The candidate will be responsible for handling ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 documentation, implementation, audits, and compliance activities across the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 documentation and records
• Coordinate internal and external ISO audits
• Ensure compliance with quality management standards
• Prepare SOPs, reports, and process documents
• Coordinate with departments for audit closure and corrective actions
• Monitor process improvements and quality standards
• Support certification renewal activities

Requirements:

• Experience in ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 documentation and certification process
• Knowledge of QMS and audit procedures
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Experience in construction/fireproofing/industrial sector preferred
• Qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma
