IPR Lead

About Intellectual Property Lead: We are seeking a passionate intellectual property professional eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, Cutting-edge technology environment. In this role, you will have the chance to refine and apply your IP skills, including prosecution, management, and drafting, while contributing to impactful IP projects in close collaboration with the team.

Role Specification:

• Patent and Trademark prosecution for India, US and Europe, preparing necessary documents
• and responding to official communications
• Manage the patent and trademark filing process, including accurate submissions and maintaining oversight of the patent portfolio compliance and deadlines
• Support prior art search projects, including FTO, EoU, Infringement searches, Claim charts, and Invalidity assessments

Skills, Knowledge & Attributes:

• Strong expertise in at least one of the following areas, with knowledge or familiarity with the remaining two:
• Patent prosecution, portfolio management, and patent filing
• Patent drafting
• Prior art search and assessment
• Eagerness to learn and grow professionally
• Results-oriented with a sense of ownership and accountability in task execution
• Flexible approach, able to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and evolving
