About this role
- Perform IPQA activities for Warehouse, Manufacturing, Filling, Visual Inspection, Packing, Dispatch, and Fill-Finish areas.
- Conduct line clearance, specimen approval, challenge tests, reconciliation, sampling, and in-process checks.
- Manage drug substance dispensing, DP packing verification, and sample issuance.
- Review and investigate market complaints, OOS, OOT, OOL, deviations, CAPA, change controls, and QRM.
- Support and coordinate internal, external, regulatory, and customer audits.
- Prepare and review SOPs, protocols, reports, and QA documentation.
- Participate in validation activities, media fills, shipping validation, and certification programs.
- Review logbooks, batch records, SOP appendices, and APQR documents.
- Monitor temperature excursions, equipment breakdowns, and quality events.
- Manage SAP activities, including document, material, and QMS management.
- Coordinate training and onboarding of new QA employees.
- Handle document control, archival, and numbering systems.
- Manage artwork, BOM, PDS reviews, and SAP verification.
- Oversee sample management during packing operations.
- Coordinate cross-functional team (CFT) communication and shift-related activities.
- Act as backup IPQA personnel and perform additional tasks assigned by management.
