IP Technician - Freshers Can apply

Role & responsibilities

• Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls and other IP networking equipment.
• Perform installation, commissioning and testing of IP connectivity for customers.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity, routing, latency, packet loss and bandwidth-related issues.
• Monitor network performance and identify potential issues before they impact customers.
• Configure and troubleshoot IP addresses, VLANs, routing protocols and related network services.
• Handle customer complaints and technical escalations within defined SLA timelines.

Preferred candidate profile

Freshers can apply. CCNA certification a plus. Two wheeler with license is a must
