IP Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage intellectual property portfolio, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
• Conduct thorough research on existing IP rights to identify potential conflicts and risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for protecting company's intellectual property assets.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to intellectual property.

Job Requirements :

• 3-8 years of experience in managing intellectual property portfolios or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of patent law, trademark law, copyright law, and trade compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to conduct thorough research on complex legal issues.
• Proven track record of developing effective strategies for protecting intellectual property assets.
