IP Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage intellectual property portfolio of the company, ensuring compliance with patent laws and regulations.
• Draft, file, and prosecute patents for new products, processes, and technologies to protect company's innovations.
• Conduct thorough searches to identify existing patents and trademarks related to similar products or services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for IP protection and enforcement.

Job Requirements :

• 2-6 years of experience in IP management, patent drafting, prosecution, or litigation.
• Strong understanding of copyright, patent search techniques, and intellectual property rights (IPR).
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
