IP Admin Analyst

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the IP Management Systems by calendaring statutory and non-statutory deadlines, reviewing patent and trademark prosecution documents, and ensuring data integrity.
• Prioritize docketing/de-docketing requests, facilitating timely filing of applications and responses, and coordinating with stakeholders.  
• Prepare and file documents with the Patent and Trademark Office, tracking foreign filing deadlines, and maintaining accurate records in compliance with the standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Support administrative tasks related to patent and trademark prosecution while staying updated on PTO guidelines and procedures.
• Help manage the client's intellectual property portfolio, including filing, maintaining, and renewing patents, trademarks, and copyrights timely.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
