IoT Platform Engineer

• The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Java 17 or later and experience working on IoT platforms, IoT devices, telemetry, and software development.

Roles and Responsibility

• Design, develop, and implement scalable and efficient IoT solutions using Java 17+.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IoT devices with the platform.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs for data exchange between devices and the cloud.
• Implement API Gateway and MQTT protocols for seamless communication.
• Work on Docker containers and CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
• Ensure high-quality code by following best practices and coding standards.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 9 years of total IT experience, with at least 5 years focused on IoT platform development.
• Hands-on experience with Java 17 or later is required; knowledge of Java 8 or 11 is not sufficient.
• Experience with IoT platforms, IoT devices, telemetry, and software development is essential.
• Strong understanding of Spring Boot 3, AWS IoT Core, Lambda, API Gateway, and IoT Platform concepts.
• Familiarity with PySpark, Snowflake, Liquibase, and other relevant technologies is desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary.
