Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

• Proficient in Swift, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems (Must Have)
• Advanced Swift concepts like GCDs , Closures, Higher order functions (Must Have)
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (Must Have)
• Experience with Cocoa APIs on OS X
• Good knowledge of performance limits and characteristics
• Knowledge of memory management and multi-threading (Must Have)
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect to back-end services
• Good sense of UI design and a user-oriented focus
• unit tests - XCTests and XC UI tests (Must Have)
• Proficient in Swift UI, with working knowledge (Good to have)
• Building universal apps - Accessibility (Must Have)
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (Must Have)
• Familiarity with continuous integration(Must Have)

Good-to-Have

• Experience designing solutions with enterprise level applications would be a plus
• Working experience in Software Development Lifecycles, agile methodologies, and continuous integration
• Experience developing large scale and high volume multi-tiered applications.
• Experience developing application with best accessibility practices in consideration.
• Excellent communication skills are needed to work with geographically distributed teams.
