Job Description: IOS Swift Tech Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of host apps on the iOS platform, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders, including engineering, delivery teams, and QAs, to align on project goals and deliverables.
• Implement and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient code using SwiftUI, with hands-on coding expertise.
• Apply design patterns to create clean, maintainable, and efficient code architecture.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to the growth of the teams technical expertise.
• Utilize critical thinking to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
• Participate in Agile and DevOps practices to enhance development efficiency and product quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MCA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in iOS mobile app development, with a strong focus on Swift and SwiftUI.
• Extensive knowledge of OOPS, software design, and patterns.
• Proven experience in mobile or tablet digital development.
• Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and excellent communication abilities.
• Experience in troubleshooting, production issue handling, and defect fixing.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Desirable Skills:

• Proficiency in using JIRA for project management and tracking.
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse and inclusive environment.
• Awareness with Spanish language
