About this role
We are seeking an experienced Lead Consultant - iOS Swift Developer with strong expertise in building enterprise-grade iOS applications. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Swift, SwiftUI, iOS architecture, performance optimization, and leading mobile application development initiatives. The role involves architecting, developing, and delivering scalable mobile solutions while mentoring development teams and engaging with stakeholders. Relevant enterprise references mention native mobile architecture patterns and SwiftUI best practices.
Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain high-quality iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI.
- Define and implement scalable mobile architecture and coding standards.
- Develop reusable UI components and frameworks for enterprise applications.
- Integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, and backend platforms.
- Ensure application performance, security, accessibility, and reliability.
- Implement offline data synchronization, push notifications, analytics, and crash reporting.
- Participate in solution architecture, technical design reviews, and estimation activities.
- Drive CI/CD adoption and mobile DevOps best practices.
- Lead technical discussions with stakeholders and provide architectural recommendations.
- Mentor and guide development teams while ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- 9-11 years of software development experience with at least 5+ years in iOS application development.
- Expert proficiency in Swift and strong experience with SwiftUI. Enterprise architecture guidance references SwiftUI-based mobile architecture patterns.
- Strong understanding of iOS SDK, UIKit, MVVM, MVC, and Clean Architecture principles.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON parsing, third-party SDK integration, and secure mobile development.
- Strong knowledge of asynchronous programming, memory management, and performance optimization.
- Experience with Git, Xcode, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of App Store deployment, code signing, provisioning profiles, and release management.
- Experience with GraphQL integrations.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Knowledge of automated testing frameworks such as XCTest and UI Testing.
- Experience with Firebase, analytics, crash monitoring, and push notification services.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and mobile security best practices.
- Exposure to cross-functional collaboration across mobile, backend, UX, and DevOps teams.
