Job Description: iOS Developer / Senior iOS Developer
Location: Hyderabad / Bengaluru

We are looking for skilled iOS Developers and Senior iOS Developers with 48 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality, scalable, and secure mobile applications for Apple devices. The ideal candidates should have strong expertise in Swift, iOS SDK, UIKit, SwiftUI, application architecture, API integration, and unit testing.
Candidates will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless mobile experiences. Senior candidates will also be responsible for technical design, architectural decisions, code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and driving end-to-end application delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance iOS applications for iPhone and iPad.
- Lead or contribute to end-to-end application development, from requirement analysis to deployment and production support.
- Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
- Implement application architecture using MVVM, MVC, and Clean Architecture principles.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, Backend Developers, and QA teams to deliver business requirements.
- Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs, and cloud-based services.
- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, memory usage, security, and reliability.
- Develop and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure application quality and stability.
- Debug and resolve technical issues, production defects, and performance bottlenecks.
- Participate in code reviews, Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, effort estimation, and technical discussions.
- Follow coding standards, SOLID principles, and established design patterns.
- For senior-level roles, mentor junior developers, drive technical discussions, and contribute to architectural decisions.
Required Technical Skills
iOS Development
- Strong hands-on experience in iOS application development.
- Proficiency in Swift and a good understanding of Objective-C.
- Strong knowledge of iOS SDK, Xcode, and the Apple Developer ecosystem.
- Experience with UIKit, Auto Layout, and familiarity with SwiftUI.
- Understanding of the iOS application lifecycle, memory management, and application performance optimization.
Architecture and Design
- Experience with MVC, MVVM, and mobile application design patterns.
- Understanding of Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and dependency injection.
- Familiarity with Combine and asynchronous programming concepts.
API Integration and Data Management
- Hands-on experience integrating RESTful APIs and parsing JSON.
- Experience with URLSession and/or Alamofire.
- Knowledge of Core Data, SQLite, and local data persistence.
- Familiarity with Firebase services and push notifications.
Testing and Quality Assurance
- Experience with unit testing using XCTest.
- Understanding of UI testing frameworks and integration testing.
- Proficiency in debugging, profiling, and performance tuning.
Tools and Development Practices
- Experience with Git and version control systems.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of Fastlane and automated build and deployment processes.
- Experience with App Store submission, publishing, and release management.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of mobile application security best practices.
- Exposure to GraphQL APIs.
- Experience with Firebase Analytics and crash reporting tools.
- Familiarity with automated testing and deployment practices.
- Awareness of the latest trends and advancements in iOS development.
