iOS Dev Lead I - Software Engineering

• Analyze business and user requirements to develop effective technical solutions.
• Participate in application architecture and design discussions.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain high-quality software applications.
• Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure application reliability and performance.
• Investigate and resolve software defects, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to deliver timely resolutions.
• Follow established Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes and development best practices.
• Support software deployments, product enhancements, and production issue resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects and releases.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and undertake additional responsibilities as required.

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Applications, or a related field (B.E./B.Tech/MCA).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development.

• Strong experience in Java, C++, Spring Boot, HTML5, XML, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Swift, SwiftUI, Objective-C, and Xcode for iOS application development.
• Experience working with REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Knowledge of JSON and API integration.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and Kafka is preferred.
• Experience with UPI or Banking SDK integrations is advantageous.
• Understanding of App Store deployment and release management processes.

• Exposure to Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, or Payments domains.
• Understanding of modern software development methodologies, Agile practices, and SDLC.
• Experience developing scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Solid understanding of software design and development principles.
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
