Invoice Processing Associate -Operations

Technical:

*Review and analyse invoices received from clients (primarily Australia) in accordance with established guidelines and compliance standards. *Validate invoices to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to client-specific requirements.

* Process approved invoices in the clients system with a high level of accuracy.

*Initiate and manage claims submission at the client end following successful processing.

* Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Quality & Compliance: Ensure all transactions are processed in line with internal policies and client guidelines. Identify discrepancies and escalate issues promptly for resolution. Maintain high standards of data accuracy and process integrity.

Collaboration & Communication: Coordinate eAectively with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery. Communicate clearly regarding task status, challenges, and process updates.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Experience in data transactions is good
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and accounting software
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Any field.
