Invoice & Dispatch Executive

* Coordinate with production, warehouse, logistics, and sales teams for smooth order execution.

* Handle customer queries related to pricing, delivery, and dispatch.

* Coordinate with transporters and track shipments for timely delivery.

* Manage inventory, stock verification, and material records.

* Prepare invoices, Purchase Orders, Waybills, and dispatch documents.

* Maintain records and accounts in Tally.

* Coordinate delivery schedule changes and resolve dispatch-related issues.

* Ensure accurate and timely dispatch documentation.Role & responsibilities
