Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable, invoice processing, payment processing, vendor payments, PO creation, AP verification, invoicing, and non-purchase order management.
  
• Ensure timely completion of P2P cycle from procurement to payment.
  
• Perform two-way matching and three-way matching for accurate financial transactions.
  
• Verify invoices against purchase orders (PO) before making payments.
  
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to PTP processes.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in Procure To Pay (PTP) process or similar role.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or relevant field (e.g., B.B.A. / B.M.S.).
  
• Strong understanding of accountancy principles and practices.
