Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage Order to Cash (O2C) processes, including cash applications, collections, and accounts receivable.
  
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer payments through various channels such as credit cards, debit cards, net banking, etc.
  
• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies or errors in a timely manner to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of any issues related to orders, deliveries, or invoicing.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in OTC Diversity Professional role with expertise in B2B collection, cash applications, cash collection, AR collection, O2C Cash Application.
  
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field (e.g., B.B.A. / B.M.S. in Finance; B.Com in Commerce).
  
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices; knowledge of SAP systems an added advantage.
