Job Description:-

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day accounting activities and financial transactions
• Maintain and update financial records and documentation
• Support accounts payable and receivable processes
• Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and payments
• Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and MIS reports
• Support in budgeting and forecasting activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
• Coordinate with internal teams for financial documentation and approvals
• Assist during audits and tax filing processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field (B.Com, BBA, BMS, etc.)
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
• Basic knowledge of Tally/ ERP systems (preferred but not mandatory)
• Good analytical and numerical skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
