Investor Services Professionals

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for evaluating, verifying, and processing service requests from shareholders, third-party entities, institutions, broker or dealer operations, or client fund or stock groups
• Processes mutual fund and stock transactions and maintains shareholder records
• Thorough understanding of mutual fund and stock operations
• Accepts, records, processes, and troubleshoots requests from shareowners, institutions, NSCC, DTC, and broker or dealers
• Leads a team of technical, skilled, or professional staff working on moderately scoped projects requiring independent judgment
• Actively participates in team activities to resolve escalated issues and ensure timely completion of schedules
• Administers company policies and provides guidance and direction to team members, sometimes through team leads
• Recommends new procedures and policy improvements to achieve department goals.
