Investor Reporting Analyst - DDQ/RFP/RFI Specialist

• Support a leading global asset manager on RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs, consistently delivering accurate, high-quality responses under tight deadlines
• Developed strong expertise in investment products, strategies and operational processes, supporting senior specialists through structured content development and documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across departments to gather input, validate information, and maintain updated records for quarterly reports and investor communications
• Support the preparation of due diligence materials, including portfolio fund updates, capital market statistics, and investment track records
• Conduct due diligence & compliance checks to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal frameworks
• Collaborate with global compliance, legal and operational teams to ensure consistent governance standards
• Contribute to process transformation initiatives, including automation and AI-enabled content reuse, streamlining workflows to improve response quality, reduce turnaround times and support scalable delivery across BAU and peak-volume periods
