Investor Relationship Officer

Key Requirements:

• 11- 15 years of progressive experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Equity Research, Investment Banking, or Corporate Development.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, investor expectations, financial performance, and equity valuation.
• Hands-on experience as part of an IPO process (buy-side, sell-side, or in-house), preferably in India; international listing experience including US/UK/SPAC is also relevant.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with institutional investors, analysts, senior management, and advisors.
• Ability to develop investor messaging, presentations, earnings communication, and market updates.
• Strong analytical, financial modelling, and capital markets skills.
